Welcome to PhotoRevive. Please read these terms carefully before using our service. By accessing or using PhotoRevive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

PhotoRevive is an AI-powered online photo restoration service. It uses an OpenAI-compatible Image API to repair, denoise, and colorize photos you upload. Results are returned as PNG images in three selectable output tiers: 1K Standard, 2K HD, and 4K Ultra. The system automatically matches landscape, portrait, or square output dimensions to the source image orientation.

The service is provided "as is". Restoration quality depends on the original photo condition and level of damage. We make no express or implied guarantees about restoration results.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide a valid email address and complete verification when registering.
• Each email address may only be associated with one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share or transfer your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us.

3. Credits & Payment

• Restorations consume credits: 1K Standard costs 1 credit, 2K HD costs 3, and 4K Ultra costs 12.
• Credits are purchased as one-time packs — no subscription, and they never expire.
• Credit purchases are non-refundable. Please purchase only what you need.
• If a system error on our end consumed credits without returning a result, we will refund those credits.
• All prices are in CNY and processed via a third-party payment platform.

4. Acceptable Use

When using this service, you agree to:

• Only upload photos you own or have legal rights to use.
• Not upload any content involving pornography, violence, illegal material, or others' private information.
• Not use this service for infringement, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse, or disrupt the normal operation of this service.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund of remaining credits.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your photos:You retain all copyright to photos you upload and to the restored results. We claim no rights over your image content.
• This service:The design, code, logo, and copy of PhotoRevive are our property. Reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.

6. Privacy

How we handle your personal information and uploaded photos is described in ourPrivacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• AI restoration results are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of historical accuracy.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit, or loss of data.
• Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for credits in the past 6 months.

8. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of this service at any time. If we terminate the service, we will provide at least 15 days' notice by email and refund any remaining credit balance.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you in advance by email for major changes.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the location of the service operator.
